Moral of the story
Your mind is holding so many thoughts, so much information, and lists upon lists at all times (not to mention an earworm or two). As much as it can be frustrating at times, especially if you are neurodivergent, why can't we give ourselves a little more credit? It's actually quite glorious. Let's not be so quick to demonize a busy mind. What if we celebrated it instead? |
