What is in this digital leaflet

1.    What Syncotria is and what it is used for
2.    What you need to know before you use Syncotria
3.    How to use Syncotria
4.    Possible side effects
5.    How to store Syncotria
6.    Contents of the pack and other information

1.    What Syncotria is and what it is used for

Syncotria is intended to help relieve fuzzybrain, scattered thoughts, and distracted attention, working to reduce inertia and increase self-compassion regarding the aforementioned states of discomfort. With the rise in short-spanned media (TikTok, Instagram reels, old school Vines, etc.), studies have shown that repeatedly bathing the brain in dopamine can lead to outcomes much like those seen with gambling addiction. Attention spans shorten and the ability to concentrate is weakened. Although Syncotria's active substances are delivered digitally, their action is in extended-release form.

In addition, increased awareness of ADHD in girls and women, as well as in non-white populations, warrants further exploration of new and different approaches to treatments and therapies, beyond traditional strategies usually based on symptoms in young, white boys. Syncotria is intended to offer a mild stimulant effect while emphasizing validation and kindness towards the self, regardless of age, race, sex at birth, or gender identity.

2.    What you need to know before you use Syncotria

Do not use Syncotria
-    if you are allergic to alternative and non-traditional means of addressing existential ailments or any of the other ingredients of this remedy (listed in section 6);
-    if you do not actually intend to address said existential malaise in question or do not wish to be open to ideas, rituals, and creative expression;
-    if you are experiencing a true medical emergency. Call 911 immediately.

Warnings and precautions

DO NOT INGEST.

Always consult your doctor or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, procedure, or treatment, whether it is a prescription medication, over-the-counter drug, vitamin, supplement, or herbal products. This remedy is an artistic alternative intended to be very non-medical in nature.

This remedy could cause hidden feelings to arise and/or difficult conversations with close relations to ensue. Proceed with caution. However, healthy amounts of vulnerability and introspection are encouraged nevertheless.

Children and adolescents
This remedy is not intended to be used by an adult in the presence of children and adolescents. It is advised that adults use this remedy in an area and context that is undisturbed by children or adolescents (and even friends or partners).

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, please be extra gentle to yourself when using any remedy. At the slightest hint of any discomfort, pause and reassess the benefit of continuing said remedy. There is no need for you to power-through or endure. Listen to your own body.

In general, there is an inordinate amount of nonsense directed at women who are pregnant, breast-feeding, or trying to conceive, and bullshit noise is the last thing in the world you need to deal with. There are so many remedies, therapies, strategies, warnings, diets, exercises, and philosophies swirling around, and if something does not work for you, then it does not work for you. End of story. Advocate for yourself.
