Instructions

• Say out loud: “I give myself permission to make a mess and to leave it.”
• Choose as many options as you want that might feel really good to do:

1. Go outdoors & gather up leaves and sticks and stones and whatever else that is on the ground and then throw it around somewhere else. 
2. Open up a fresh email and then just mash the keyboard for as long as you need. Send it to [email protected].
3. Take a sheet of paper and scribble & scrawl on it. Then crumple it up and throw it away.
4. Put on a favorite dancing song and just thrash around without trying to look good or even stay on the beat. Just jump and wiggle and throw your hands around and kick and whatever.
5. Get into your car and drive to wherever but scream and yell at the top of your lungs whatever you need to scream and yell.
