1.What Ipoloira is and what it is used for
Ipoloira is intended to soothe burnout, curb compulsive overextension, and redirect spiraling anxiety (due to overwhelm) back towards a centered and grounded state. This remedy requires actively disengaging from sources of chronic stress and promotes re-empowerment and reconnection to a more conscious affirmation of the ability to choose.
Burnout can make you feel like you are caught up in a life that is always racing out ahead, making it seem like stopping and resting would result in losing what little control you have. More is always expected. Productivity is morally good. Oh wait... what does that also sound like? Oh yeah... being a cog in the machine that is capitalism.
Acknowledging that 'burnout' is heavily (and perhaps overly) used and can encompass a broad range of symptoms, one indisputable and essential missing element is rest. And rest is a privilege. Ipoloira offers a short-term, downregulating "rest" effect. To achieve longer-lasting results, it is recommended to revisit some of Ipoloira's remedies on a weekly basis in combination with a satisfying form of somatic exercise and other recovery-centric therapies.
Please note: burnout is inherently different for Autistics and requires extra care taken to limit sensory irritants and many types of demands (especially social). Even if you are not clinically diagnosed as Autistic, for the sake of embracing neurodiversity, a highly recommended podcast episode is "Autistic Burnout" by The Neurodivergent Woman Podcast.
2.What you need to know before you use Ipoloira
Do not use Ipoloira - if you are allergic to alternative and non-traditional means of addressing existential ailments or any of the other ingredients of this remedy (listed in section 6); - if you do not actually intend to address said existential malaise in question or do not wish to be open to ideas, rituals, and creative expression; - if you are experiencing a true medical emergency. Call 911 immediately.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, please be extra gentle to yourself when using any remedy. At the slightest hint of any discomfort, pause and reassess the benefit of continuing said remedy. There is no need for you to power-through or endure. Listen to your own body.
In general, there is an inordinate amount of nonsense directed at women who are pregnant, breast-feeding, or trying to conceive, and bullshit noise is the last thing in the world you need to deal with. There are so many remedies, therapies, strategies, warnings, diets, exercises, and philosophies swirling around, and if something does not work for you, then it does not work for you. End of story. Advocate for yourself.
