I need to be taken seriously.
I deserve access to medical experts who can do the work to figure out why I'm in pain. I have the right to excellent and affordable medical care. I need professionals to see me as a human being and not just another patient. I deserve kindness, empathy, and real support. I have the right to be represented in research so that medical understanding is more pertinent to and reflective of people like me. |
